Job Title : Technology Analyst

Location : Pune

Experience : 4+ years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java, JSP, XML, JQuery, Struts, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Angular 6.

- Leverage experience with rules engine (Drools) and messaging platforms (Kafka) for event-driven architecture.

- Participate in design and architecture discussions, applying knowledge of design patterns and best practices.

- Build, test, and deploy applications following Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.

- Integrate backend services with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.

- Work in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

- Maintain code quality and adhere to coding standards across projects.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Technical Competencies :

- Strong expertise in Java, JSP, XML, JQuery, Struts, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Angular 6.

- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.

- Proficient with PostgreSQL / Oracle databases.

- Skilled in working with Drools and Kafka.

- Understanding of design and architectural platforms, MVC, JDBC, and Java-based GUI frameworks.

- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Deployment practices.

Work Experience, Education, and Soft Skills :

Education : BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech (Preferred) or any relevant degree.

Experience :

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

- Strong client orientation and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements.
