Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer with strong expertise in front-end technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Build reusable UI components and libraries for future use.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Ensure applications are optimized for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.

- Support production issues, meeting deadlines, and stepping up during critical project phases.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in front-end/UI development.

- Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Hands-on experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

- Experience with Node.js (preferred).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools such as Git and Jenkins.

- Strong understanding of modern web architectures and asynchronous service-to-service communication.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience working on scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant systems.

- Exposure to AWS cloud services.

- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
