Job Title : Validation / Application Engineer.

Location : Bangalore.

Experience : Minimum 3 years.

Key Responsibilities :.

Validation Engineering (Primary Focus) :.

- Develop bench validation and characterization plans, including hardware and software components.

- Design measurement methods and hardware to ensure accurate AC/DC parameter evaluation of the device under test (DUT).

- Implement automation solutions for bench characterization.

- Support silicon debug and assist design teams in resolving technical issues.

- Review test coverage and contribute to test optimization and testability.

- Correlate bench-measured parameters with simulation/design targets.

Applications Engineering / Customer Support (Secondary) :.

- Collaborate with customers to deliver complete analog system solutions using chipsets.

- Analyze customer system behavior to fine-tune device performance.

- Work with Sales and FAE teams to support customer requirements.

- Handle multiple tasks effectively and communicate technical details with clarity.

Required Qualifications :.

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in validation, application engineering, or test and measurement (preferably Power Management ICs).

- Strong fundamentals in analog and mixed-signal circuit design and analysis.

- Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, source meters, electronic loads, and spectrum analyzers.

- Familiarity with PCB design, schematic capture tools, and circuit-level simulation software.

Preferred Skills :.

- Background in high-speed timing, RF, or power management ICs.

- Programming experience in Python, C, or C++.

- Understanding of transistor-level circuit design for advanced debugging.
