ValueMomentum is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst with extensive experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite and comprehensive solutions for property and casualty insurance. The candidate will play a key role in configuring Guidewire applications to align with clients' business needs, thereby enhancing overall business value. This position is part of the expanding Core Engineering Center team.

Responsibilities :

Following are the day-to-day work activities :

- Understand the customer business and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for Guidewire applications.

- Customize Guidewire applications such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter to meet specific business requirements.

- Has thorough understanding of ISO/NCCI/Bureau and Commercial products.

- Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

- Is required to work with onsite counterpart as well as direct customer on BA activities and deliverables.

- Will provide pre-construction walkthrough to development and QA teams.

- Will attend post-construction walkthroughs to ensure the developed feature is in line with requirements.

- Will own BA deliverables

Requirements :

Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous.

- 3-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in Guidewire applications.

- Proficiency in Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications and a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance

- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance.

- Has worked on GW PC or other COTS implementation project for personal or commercial lines as a business analyst.

- Has good functional understanding of Guidewire OOTB products.

- Having working experience on Integration will be an advantage.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
