Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and maintain HCM and payroll integrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Build and deliver custom reports and integration solutions as per business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing integration best practices.
- Support Time Tracking integrations (nice to have).
Required Skills :
- Strong proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Experience with reporting and payroll integrations.
- Exposure to Time Tracking integrations (secondary requirement).
- Good understanding of Workday security, data sources, and integration frameworks.
- Workday Integration Certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
